If for any reason a customer isn’t satisfied with what he or she ordered, then the client has 3 days to return the package. We know it’s already opened but the order has to be in the same shape or condition in which it arrived. Damaged packages due to bad handling for example bottles of extracts should be returned. Strains that the client didn’t order but were or was shipped to them should be returned. Items that have a lower quality than the client saw on our website can be returned as well. Any other related problems will be looked into before letting the the clients know if they should return them or be compensated. The client pays for the order to be shipped back to us.
Once the item is shipped back to us, then we’ll start making arrangements for the replacement of the order . It may take up to 24 hours for us to give another tracking information but it won’t take more than 3 days to get the new order.
If the client doesn’t want the order to be replaced, then we’re left with no option than to refund the client’s money. This process is quite easy. We’ll send a refund form via email. The client will fill the form and send it back to us. Once we receive the form we’ll treat the refund within 24 hours except during weekends. We’ll send confirmation of the refund and the client can confirm it immediately of after 3 business days depending on the payment method selected by the client.
